3. Community Standards

We want this to be a productive space for everyone. You agree not to use Todofi to:

• Harm, threaten, or harass others.
• Interfere with the security or performance of our servers.
• Upload viruses or malicious code.

4. Service Availability & Updates

We strive for perfection, but the digital world isn't always predictable. While we aim for constant availability, we provide the service "as is" and "as available." We may update features, change designs, or occasionally perform maintenance to keep the app running smoothly.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

If you choose a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate billing information. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We’ll always notify you of any price changes in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or any loss of data.

7. Ending Our Relationship

You’re free to stop using our product at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or end your access if these terms are violated. If we do so, we will provide reasonable notice whenever possible.
